Right of withdrawal from the contract for the provision of services
We inform you that you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform ROBS GROUP LOGISTIC SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, ul. Lecha Bądkowskiego 24 B lok. 6, 83-110 Tczew, e-mail: sklep@robs-group.pl, tel.: +48 885 575 849 about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of cancellation of this agreement, the Account shall be deleted together with all the data you have provided and it shall not be possible to use the services provided under the Account.
