To the extent not regulated by the RODO, the processing of personal data is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

Automated decision-making (including profiling)
We do not make automated decisions about you or use profiling.
Will we transfer your personal data outside the EOG or to an international organisation?
In order to use Google tools, your personal data may be transferred to the United States, where Google LLC servers are located.
Google LLC is listed as a participant in the Privacy Shield certification programme* (link: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active), and also applies the model contractual clauses on data security approved by the European Commission.
*Remember that the Privacy Shield is no longer a law in the European Union, but a programme that sets certain data protection standards for entities with servers in the United States. Now a form of certification, entities enrolled in the Privacy Shield meet certain data protection standards.
What rights do you have in relation to our processing of your personal data?
Under the DPA, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request the rectification of your personal data,
- request the erasure of your personal data,
- request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
- to object to the processing of your personal data,
- request for personal data portability.
If you make any of the above-mentioned requests to us, we will inform you without undue delay - and in any case within one month of receipt of the request - about the action taken with regard to your request.
If necessary, we may extend the one-month period by a further two months due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests.
In any case, we will inform you within one month of receipt of the request about the extension of the deadline and provide you with the reasons for the delay.
Right of access to personal data (Article 15 RODO)
You have the right to be informed whether we process your personal data. If we process your personal data you have the right to:
- access to your personal data,
to be informed about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of that data, the intended period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining that period, your rights under the RODO and your right to lodge a complaint with the - President of the Data Protection Authority, the source of that data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards applied in relation to the transfer of that data outside the European Union;
- obtain a copy of your personal data.

Right to rectification of personal data (Article 16 RODO)
If your personal data is incorrect, you have the right to request that we rectify your personal data immediately. You also have the right to request that we complete your personal data. The right to erasure of personal data, the so-called "right to be forgotten" (Article 17 RODO)
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data when:
- your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
- you have withdrawn specific consent, to the extent that the personal data was processed on the basis of your consent,
- your personal data was processed unlawfully,
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing of your personal data is related to direct marketing,
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data in connection with processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or processing necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party.
Despite your request for erasure, we may continue to process your personal data for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending claims of which you will be informed.

The right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 RODO)
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data when:
- you question the accuracy of your personal data, in which case we will restrict the processing of your personal data for a period of time to allow you to check the accuracy of the data;
- the processing of your data is unlawful, in which case you request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure;
- your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes of the processing, but it is needed for the establishment, investigation or defence of your claims;
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data - until it is determined whether our legitimate interests override the grounds stated in your objection.

Right to object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 RODO)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, in relation to:
- processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller of your personal data or a third party;
- processing for the purposes of direct marketing.

Right to request portability of personal data (Article 20 RODO)
You have the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and to send it to another personal data controller.
By default, we will make your personal data available to you in CSV format. If you prefer to have your data made available to you in another format please indicate your preferred format in your request. Where possible, we will endeavour to make your data available to you in your preferred format.
You can also request that we send your personal data directly to another controller (where technically possible).

Can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?
You may withdraw the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of your consent to process your personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out by us on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place where the alleged violation was committed.
In Poland, the supervisory authority under the RODO is the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, which replaced the GIODO as of 25 May 2018.
